pricing

Per machine per month, cheaper as the fleet grows. BE AI included.

A machine is anything with the agent on it: a server, a desktop, a firewall, a router, a NAS. One rate for the whole fleet, set by its size. No minimum, no per-technician seats, no add-on for the investigator.

Most IT companies charge their customers a per-device monitoring fee already. BE Hub is priced to sit inside it, with the investigator included rather than sold as a premium tier. Example customers are fictional.

questions

About the bill.

Is there a minimum?
No. One machine is US$5 a month and the bill follows the count up and down. There is no minimum number of machines, no setup fee and no per-technician seat, which is where most monitoring tools hide their floor.
What counts as a machine?
Anything with the agent enrolled: server, desktop, laptop, firewall, router, NAS. A machine you forget in the console stops counting.
What happens at the daily BE AI cap?
Investigations pause for that company until the next day; alerts, checks and approvals keep working. You can raise the cap per company.
Can my customers see their own usage?
Yes. A company admin sees their company's machines, runs and estimated cost each month, and nothing of anyone else's.
Can I run the hub myself?
Yes. On-premise or in your own cloud, it is one container with one data volume and an outbound call to the AI API. Self-hosting is priced separately: contact us and we will quote for your fleet.
What happens when the trial ends?
If a payment method is on file, billing starts and nothing changes. If not, your machines keep reporting and alerts keep delivering, but BE AI, approvals and new enrolments pause until you add one. Your data is kept; nothing is deleted at the end of a trial.
How do you count machines?
The hub counts enrolled machines once a day, in your time zone, and the month's invoice uses the highest count. Forget a machine in the console and it stops counting from the next day. You can see the daily numbers under Billing.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel any time. Uninstall the agents and the bill stops at the end of the month.
