Unlimited machines

Anything with the agent on it. Forget one in the console and it leaves the fleet; it was never a line on the invoice.

A run

One BE AI investigation session. Alert, nightly, or a chat that used tools. Deduped one-problem sessions count once. Not a heartbeat, not an approval, not a script, not a patch, not remote control.

Nightly: include/exclude per machine, and skip a machine that was healthy last time with nothing new. Those two protect the pool. A full-fleet nightly every night will consume runs.

About the bill.

What counts as a technician seat?
A named user who can approve a change or run a mutating action. That is superadmin, company admin and operator — the three roles the hub already has. People who cannot approve or run ops are not a seat.
Is there a machine minimum or a machine bill?
No. Enrolled machines are unlimited on the hosted subscription. One named operator seat is enough to start. There is no setup fee.
What is a BE AI run?
One investigation session: an alert-triggered look, a nightly pass that actually ran, or a Discuss chat that used tools. Deduped so one problem is one run, not ten. Heartbeats, approvals, scripts, patching and remote control are not runs.
How many BE AI runs come with a seat?
500 per technician seat per month, pooled at the company. Three seats ⇒ 1,500 runs that month. Additional BE AI run packs are US$99 for +500 runs, one-time, from Billing in the hub, when you exceed that.
What happens when the monthly run pool is empty?
Auto investigations — alert-triggered and nightly — pause for that company. Monitoring, alerts, remote control, scripts, patching and named approvals keep working. Buy a +500 pack for US$99 (one-time) from Billing in the hub, wait for the monthly reset, or turn on overage if you have asked us to enable it. Nothing bills itself.
Will a full-fleet nightly pass burn the pool?
Yes, if you include every machine every night. Include/exclude per machine and the healthy skip (a machine that was healthy last pass with nothing new is skipped) are how you protect the allowance. A quiet fleet costs a handful of runs; a forced full pass does not.
Can sites or customers see their own usage?
Yes. A company admin sees their company's seats, runs and estimated cost each month, and nothing of anyone else's. Useful if you recharge a site or a customer.
Can I run the hub myself?
Yes. On-premise or in your own cloud, it is one container with one data volume and an outbound call to the AI API. Self-hosting is sold as fixed annual capacity bands (50 / 150 / 500 machines). Those bands are quote, not a published list price — contact us.
What does an RMM Exit cost?
The shadow itself is scoped on the Replace page: up to 100 devices, 21 to 30 days. Overlap credit after a cutover commit is quoted per Exit, not listed here. Hosted after cutover pays the per-technician table on this page.
What happens when the trial ends?
The trial is ten machines for 14 days, with a small BE AI pool, no card. If a payment method is on file, billing starts on named technician seats and nothing else changes. If not, your machines keep reporting and alerts keep delivering, but BE AI, approvals and new enrolments pause until you add one. Your data is kept; nothing is deleted at the end of a trial.
Is there a contract?
Hosted is month to month, cancel any time. Remove the seats and uninstall the agents; the bill stops at the end of the month. On-prem and own-cloud bands are annual; we will say so on the quote.
